Parties in Substans Lounge
Substans Lounge forms the perfect setting for the celebration of small as well as large events. The lounge is our private party room, and can only be reserved for groups between 15-50 people.
The lounge is located on the floor below Substans and has direct access to a fantastic roof terrace with views over the entire Bay of Aarhus.
The Lounge offers a gastronomic experience similar to the one you get in the restaurant upstairs, just adapted for slightly larger parties.
Here, the delicious, seasonal dishes are served in plated, some several dishes come to the table at the same time, as social dinning sides.
However, all dishes in the “Signature Menu” are served plated.
It is also possible to book our conference room (max 30 people) for DKK 1,000 per hour.

Payment
A minimum of 15 pax must be paid for when using the Lounge. We prefer that payment is made on site via credit card payment.
Cancellation and final notice
6 days in advance we must receive the final number of participants and any dining considerations. The booking is then locked and payment is made on the evening according to the number registered. This is to allow for the ordering of raw food materials and other preparations.

You can park your car in the spaces outside the main entrance or in the parking garage.
